1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Pinggy dashboard or inviting the bot to a Discord server, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Pinggy is a Discord bot that sends automatic notifications when a streamer goes live on Twitch, YouTube or Kick, along with a web dashboard to configure these notifications.

3. Account and authentication

Access to the dashboard requires signing in via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for any action performed through it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pinggy in compliance with Discord's, Twitch's, YouTube's and Kick's terms of service, and not to misuse the service for spam, harassment or any illegal activity.

5. Data collected

Data categories, purposes and third-party services are described in the Privacy Policy. Some data is processed by Discord, Top.gg, Twitch, YouTube, Kick and technical providers depending on the features used; data is not sold.

6. Service availability

Pinggy is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or outages beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Pinggy is provided to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights that may apply to consumers.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time. Users will be informed of major changes via the Discord support server.

9. Termination

You may remove the bot from your server or sign out of the dashboard at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of violation of these terms.
